Making A Difference
Mike enjoys working with the youth and partners up with several organizations such as the I Wanna Fish Too, Bledsoe Creek State Park, and Team Legacy, to help our youth to learn and enjoy fishing and conservation.
Helping Our Veterans
Helping our Veterans is another one of Mike's enjoyments each year. Taking our Warriors out on the water is not only a great time but great therapy. A great way to give back to those who have given us our Freedom to Fish!
Teaching our Youth
Mike stresses that the opportunities that we have as anglers to teach our youth about fishing and conservation are all over the place. We need to take young men or women out fishing and show them what God has given us!
Active in Little League baseball and church youth groups, Mike has mentored hundreds of kids about life lessons and the importance of performing well on the field, as well as at home, school and in the community. Mike also organized youth fishing events along with charity tournaments to give back to Goodwill Cares.
Some of Mike's media exposure includes the Profesional Angler Association (PAA) tournament series on ESPN2, Fishin' Affliction TV series, Southern Woods and Waters TV series, and live radio talk shows with the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency (TWRA).
